Best priced room on Spokane Airport grounds. Clean and efficient. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

This happened about a month ago. We had a room there for 1 night to take the shuttle to the airport at I think It was about 4am while waiting in the lobby I had left my phone we had already shuttled over to the airport. mind you this is our first flying ever and we have our 3 year old with us we are very stressed out as it was. I had used my boyfriends phone to call back the hotel and they told me they found it and would send it over the wonderful shuttle driver her name is Sinerica (I hope I spelt that right) she was the sweetest person even though it was so early she was in a wonderful mood and just a very warm and bright person to be around. she has brought me my phone to the airport it took less than 5 minutes. the whole hotel staff was amazing but Sinerica really stood out to us!! she is amazing and deserves the world. you don't know how much of a life saver you are! we were going on our sons make a wish trip to Tennessee if I wouldn't have had my phone to have those memories I would have been crushed. First time staying here. The staff was great and the rooms were clean! I'd stay here again based on those! The friendly and accommodating staff really really really made my day. The pillows were comfy, Soft full towels. The kitchen set up worked and was clean. The fridge was cold. I left too early to try breakfast. Next time I'll make sure to try the breakfast. I was up early and had a shuttle booked but since inwas up extra early I decided to walk to the airport. It was a nice walk. Not too far and was safe. When the sun is up I need to see th walking path and confirm thay I actually went the fight way. Lol. Either way I made it to the airport on time :)

Close to airport. Service was great, shuttle was on time, easy to schedule. Staff was very nice.
