FYI to guests, if you’re having trouble with a mildly warm shower, run the sink and shower for 10 minutes or so, it’ll get there.. I read some other reviews about no hot water, the problem is the recirc system is either designed/installed wrong or not balanced. To the owner- you need to find the most reputable Test & Balance contractor in the area, typically the most expensive. Give them the original mech drawings and let me loose on the building. Might take a day or two of premium labor cost but if I owned it I would spend the few k to never get a negative review for a hot shower. Otherwise it’s a great spot, staff were cool and we got a healthcare workers discount that the other airport hotels didn’t offer.
